Great location, friendly and helpful staff, nice set of breakfast.

The staff. The bell boy still remember you even you have not stay at the hotel for quite long time

Room ok but need some update.

Breakfast was superior with a lot of choices and delicious foods. The room was large and comfortable. Maids were efficient and very friendly. The concierge, Robert, and the Junita, of the restaurant wait staff, were not only very lively and friendly but were also both helpful with questions of things to do outside of the "tourist brochures" and understanding cultures including the Sarawak Iban tribes. Thank you all so much. You made our vacation a real delight.

some parts of the hotel are a bit outdated, but they are still well maintained so all was well in the end.

Big room and location near with kuching statue and kuching town.

Breakfast not so variety, old facilities and ground floor carpark need to access thru the stairs.

The staffs there are very great, very welcoming, and we feel welcome too. The room is very clean, quite comfortable. Cleaning staff were helpful too.

Old school hotel but clean. Located nearby tourist attractions such as waterfront and museum.

The breakfast quite simple. Not many to choose from. The hotel still use key to your room.

Staff really are friendly , every staff I encountered is so nice and helpful, one of the first reason I choose this hotel to stay, I can see they probably want to modernized the hotel facilities, hope can see some changes in the future, room price is value for money,

Aircond didn't feel cold at at all idk why probably because I stay at smoking room at lvl 7 ,and always have a lift issues ? , but still it's ok

tell the owner it is time to upgrade. A first-grade city like Kuching hotel quality cannot even compare to Miri is totally unacceptable cleanliness and the upkeep

Location wise consistently strategic.

Menu wise needs some changes and TV channel to upgrade.

The staff is very helpful and friendly.

The room need the good air-condition n good smell.

I like the location of the hotel and the surrounding area quiet and peaceful.

The bed of the hotel is so uncomfortable. Got sound and slope down feel uneasy and cannot sleep well. Has to improve to change the bed been so old.

Like before this hotel always my favorite to stay when I come to Kuching for business, the staff so friendly and helpful, wish they have a good day,

I know this hotel is old style, just my suggestion hope they will upgrade to be more modern/tribal and put also our ethnic cultural items in Sarawak in the hotel design, well it's just my opinion, anyway thanks you,

The Staff were tremendously helpful, pro active and a great host too. To name few, Izla, Robert and few cafe staff. I have requested to change the room provided at room number 1009 since the air conditioning was not funtioning very well and manage to change to room 303 with the assistance front office staff, Thanks.

3rd floor, the smell and odour of the carpet along the corridor was unpleasant, maybe due to the ceiling's leakage. There's only one lift working fot the whole stay.

Very spatious

I booked a room for 2 adults and 1 child. Despite my request, the hotel only provided toiletries for 1 person throughout my 5 nights stay.The phrase "very yummy breakfast" used in the hotel's advertisement is extreemly deceiving as it was below expectation
